This work reflects on the paradoxes of freedom in a society controlled by the pharmaceutical industry. High-risk, arises from my experience with the treatment of Truvada® and what it means for me and my friends to live without a cure for HIV. Any change to my PrEP treatment could also involve a change to my HIV status.

I stand in the center of an installation surrounded by 8 threads stained with blood from an HIV negative person on PrEP treatment. The threads draw a cross around my body.
