Havana, Cuba.
We live in a space where no crimes exist, only actions. It’s not just the violence, but also the traces that remain as a testimony of the abuse and impunity of the crime. The body is the most faithful and quintessential crime scene.
My body covered with mud is beaten with batons by a group of people. I carry on my daily routine for the rest of the day wearing the traces of their violence.
