From South to North and from East to West, a route is drawn in migratory processes, driven by the pursuit of economic opportunities and personal fulfillment. On these risk-laden paths, human courage is tested, and the nature and will of those who migrate are revealed, whether they reach their destination or not.

This work reflects on irregular migratory flows, unveiling the vulnerability and struggle of those who traverse them.

From El Cayambe, one of Cuenca’s most marginalized neighborhoods, to the airport, my body, locked inside a travel suitcase, is transported by various people throughout the city.
