This work was realized from the current situation of eviction and invisibility suffered by thousands of homeless people and migrants in Paris. They are sent out of Paris by bus to cities such as Lyon or Marseille under orders from the French government. In the last year, the police and the courts have evicted 5,000 people, mostly single men.
I stand holding a glass through which the public observes my body. A white French man paints my silhouette in black on the glass, making my body invisible.
